​Golden Star Lodge No. 484 

On September 9th, history was made at Golden Star Lodge No. 484 in Dryden, in the Western District, hosting the Grand Master, M.W. Bro. Jamie R. Ireland, Deputy Grand Master R.W. Bro. Art Di Cecco, Custodian of the Work, P.G.M., M.W. Bro. Don Campbell, P.G.M. M.W. Bro. Thomas Hogeboom, D.D.G.M. Western District, R.W. Bro. John Cox, Grand Chaplain, R.W. Bro. David Spencer, Lodge of Instruction, R.W. Bro. Brent Derochie and R.W. Bro. James Broomhead, Board of General Purposes, V.W. Bro. Bob Swan, Grand Standard Bearer, V.W. Bro. Clinton Solomon, Grand Steward(s) V.W. Bro. Austin Cawlishaw and V.W. Bro. Bob Thompson and Bro, John Kennedy W.M.W. of the Grand Lodge of A.F. and A.M. of Canada in the Province of Ontario. Also in attendance the Grand Master, M.W. Bro. Rey Galpon, Deputy Grand Master, R.W. Bro. Gord Greasley, Grand Secretary, P.G.M. M.W. Bro. Kris Goodmanson, Senior Grand Warden, R.W. Bro. Tim Klassen, Junior Grand Warden, R.W. Bro. Jeff Chartrand of the Grand Lodge of A.F. and A.M. of Manitoba. Together with over 100 Brethren and their families and friends gathered to celebrate two 50 Year Service Veterans; R.W. Bro. Knowles McGill and Bro. John Kennedy W.M.W. A fine Festive Board adorned with Masonic protocol, etiquette and traditional bagpipes was enjoyed by all. Followed by a Lodge evening that brought families and friends in to share this monumental moment and unforgettable experience. An event of this magnitude and significance unlike any other experienced since 1907. Congratulations to the Worshipful Master, W. Bro. Mike Kellar and his Officers: Senior Warden, W. Bro.
